Choose this shape

use this draw two shape layer, and transform like this

draw one more using , (
all shape at black )

Merge 3 shape layer

add layer style

Duplicate layer background, use
to shading

in area cant use Burn tool to create shadow, must create new layer, using
Soft Brush with low Opacity to continue shading

pick , select this

Fill white color on new layer, set Opacity = 20%

pick , draw this,
then fill white color ( on new layer, low opacity )

add more

new layer again, use gradient to create highlight areas
